Simvela (developer: Azar Abishov, package az.simvela.app) lets you delete
your account and everything linked to it at any time.
In the app
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot open the app
Email abishovazar@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Everything we hold about you is removed from our database:
Nothing that identifies you is kept after deletion.
Aggregate, anonymous statistics that contain no information identifying you are not affected.
An eSIM that is already installed on your phone keeps working until its data or validity runs out. Deleting your Simvela account removes your records with us — it does not switch off a plan you are already using. But once the account is gone we can no longer show you the remaining data, send you expiry warnings, or look the eSIM up for support.
If you want specific data removed but want to keep your account, write to abishovazar@gmail.com and tell us what you want removed. We answer within 30 days.
